Data Retention

- Booking data: Kept for 5 years after your stay for accounting and legal purposes.
- Identity documents: Kept for the duration required by Moroccan tourism law, then securely deleted.
- Communication data: Kept for 2 years after last contact.
- Website technical data: Anonymised after 13 months.
After the retention period, all personal data is permanently and securely deleted from our systems.
