Bookings & Reservations

By making a booking at Les Jardins d’Ailleurs, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit.

• Reservations can be made via our website, Booking.com, or directly by contacting us.
• A booking is only confirmed once a deposit has been received and a confirmation has been sent by our team.
• The minimum stay is 2 nights.
• The number of guests must not exceed the maximum capacity of the villa (16 guests).
• Any request for additional services (excursions, horse riding, airport transfer) must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.

Payment Terms

All prices are displayed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) unless otherwise stated. Les Jardins d’Ailleurs reserves the right to adjust rates at any time, without affecting confirmed bookings.

• Payment can be made by bank transfer, cash or PayPal.
• All bank charges related to international transfers are the responsibility of the guest.
• Prices include accommodation only. Excursions, transfers and additional services are billed separately.

Cancellation Policy

• More than 30 days before arrival: Full refund of deposit.
• 15 to 30 days before arrival: 50% refund of deposit.
• Less than 15 days before arrival: No refund.
• In case of no-show, the full booking amount will be charged.
• Cancellations must be communicated in writing by email to contact@jardinsdailleurs.com.

Check-in & Check-out

• Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
• Guests must present a valid identity document upon arrival.
• Keys will only be handed over upon receipt of the full balance payment.

House Rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and to preserve the integrity of the property, we kindly ask all guests to respect the following rules:

• No smoking inside the rooms. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only.
• Pets are welcome, subject to prior notification at the time of booking.
• Children of all ages are welcome. Parents are responsible for the safety of their children at all times, especially around the pool area.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
• Noise levels must be kept reasonable between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• The villa is a private property. Guests must respect the privacy and security of the estate.
• The maximum number of guests must not exceed 16 persons at any time.
• External guests not declared at the time of booking may only be received with prior agreement.

Liability

Les Jardins d’Ailleurs and its owners accept no liability for:

• Loss, theft or damage to guests’ personal belongings during their stay.
• Accidents, injuries or incidents occurring within the property, including the pool and garden areas.
• Disruption to services caused by circumstances beyond our control (power outages, water interruptions, extreme weather, etc.).
• Any excursion, activity or service provided by third-party partners.

Guests use all facilities — including the pool, terrace and garden — entirely at their own risk. We strongly recommend travel and personal accident insurance.

Privacy & Personal Data

Les Jardins d’Ailleurs collects and processes personal data (name, contact details, identity documents) solely for the purpose of managing your booking and complying with Moroccan legal obligations.

• Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties, except as required by Moroccan law.
• Identity documents collected upon arrival are processed in compliance with the regulations of the Kingdom of Morocco.
• You may request access to, rectification or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to contact@jardinsdailleurs.com.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute arising from a booking at Les Jardins d’Ailleurs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech.
