Anima Garden Marrakech: tickets, hours and how to get there
Ticket prices
Entry costs 140 MAD (14 euros) for adults, 60 MAD for ages 12 to 16 and is free under 12. Residents of Morocco pay 60 MAD. The garden closes during the Eid holidays.
An artist's garden
Anima is the work of Austrian artist André Heller. Across several hectares at the foot of the Atlas, paths wind between palms, bamboo, cactus and roses, and contemporary sculptures appear around the corners. The Atlas peaks close the horizon.
How to get to Anima Garden
Anima is about 40 minutes' drive from the medina, beside the road that climbs into the Ourika valley. The easiest way is to make it the first stop of a day in the Ourika: your WhereToGoMorocco driver picks you up at your riad, waits while you visit Anima, then continues to the waterfalls and Berber villages of the valley.

Best time to visit
Morning, at 9 am opening, for a clear view of the Atlas and a nearly empty garden, then the afternoon in the valley. In spring the roses and bougainvillea are in full bloom.
